Seeking motivated, qualified, service minded, professional Journeyman Plumbers licensed in the State of Oregon. Experienced in service plumbing, new construction and remodels. Must have good customer service skills as well as good trouble shooting skills. Be hard working with integrity and take pride in your work. Must have verifiable work history. Must have a valid drivers license and be able to work independently.
You will be working a 40 hr work week staying local. (Yamhill County & parts of Washington County). Company vehicle provided, tool allowance, work shirts provided. After your probation period (90days) health insurance provided, sick pay is accrued and a 401k with employer contribution after the first year. Two weeks paid vacation after one year. Continued education and license renewal fees paid by employer.
You will need to be computer/iPad literate or willing to be trained. We will provide you with an iPad for service calls and a company phone after the probation period. Stocking vans the night before for your jobs the next day. Vans will be kept clean, organized and well stocked at all times. You are responsible for your company vehicle being neat and clean so you will be expected to wash it weekly. Gas card provided, receipts turned in at the shop with mileage in daily paperwork.

Seeking reliable, hard working laborer wanting to become a licensed plumber. You need to be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma and a course of high school algebra (grade of “C” or higher), have a valid drivers license and eager to learn. Have prior construction, farming or other laborious work experience. You will work 40 hours a week with a journeyman plumber for your on the job training hours. You may be asked to run and get parts in a company vehicle to Portland, Salem or here local. You will be in charge of keeping your Journeyman’s van clean, stocked and in order. We will help you get enrolled into the Oregon JATC for the Plumbing Apprenticeship program in our area. At which time you will be enrolled at a community college and attend two nights per week for the apprenticeship program. Your college course will be paid by employer contingent on a passing grade.
